T.I.G.E.R.S. is racing against the hands of time to save the rare and endangered species of this planet. We are one of the primary facilities in the world working to save the Golden Tabby Tiger from extinction, one of the rarest big cats in the world. The Golden Tabby Tiger is a white tiger with red stripes on a red saddle (as seen above, middle). There are only around 30 of these magnificent animals left on this planet today. Many of those have been born and raised at our facility. The funding for this program is raised through our incredible animal actors as well as our public T.I.G.E.R.S. Preservation Station located in Myrtle Beach, SC

- Global Tiger Patrol
Founded in 1989, Global Tiger Patrol (GTP) is a conservation agency prioritising protection of the tiger in the field. If the wild tiger became extinct, most experts agree that it is extremely doubtful whether it could ever be reintroduced. GTP concentrates its work in India, as the subcontinent is home to about 55% of the world's remaining wild tigers. GTP's expertise is tigers but its conservation work helps save Asia's animals - from mighty elephants and rhinos to ants and beetles.

There are 5 tiger subspecies left out of the original 8. Some estimate that the remaining tiger population will be totally eradicated by the turn of the century or soon after.
